1980-2000: – Various contractors throughout the Pacific NW. - Portland Or. Foreman-CATV aerial build 6

yrs./ Evergreen Utilities –Aerial foreman - GTE maintenance contract 4yrs./ Longnecker Comm. -GCI

Cable -Alaska, Supervised the rebuild of GCI’s plant with aerial fiber throughout the state. 4 yrs /

Bouchards Comm. – Aerial foreman -Telephone maintenance contract in Southern California area. 3 yrs.

3-5-2001 thru 5-1-2003: Stargate Telecom - Aerial foreman to Aerial manager: Constructed project in

Yakima WA. & managed the K-Falls Or. project. These projects totaled over 300 miles of combined aerial

plant. The K-Falls project was the 1st aerial project to pass Charter Communication’s QC program

nationwide. Stargate was given a superior rating for overall project construction. Managed the aerial

division until leaving for Century Tel opportunity.

5-13-2003 thru 9-10-2006: Century Tel OSP Inspector: Inspected Century Tel facilities throughout the

state of Oregon. Duties included over seeing all projects aerial & underground to insure proper RUS

construction, splicing methods & insure no NESC violations where created on the aerial work. Did

routine pole inspections while in the field inspecting routine jobs.

1-10-2007 thru 9-5-2007: Martin Group LLC. – Inspected the FTTH project in Molalla Or. for Molalla

Telephone. Insured proper placement of all backbone fiber, fiber drops, Nido placement & splicing to

client standards.

9-6-2007 thru 11-25-2007: Martin Group LLC. – Inspected fiber project for Golden West Telecom in

Deadwood SD. Project was combined underground & aerial construction. Insured proper construction

practices were met to client standards with no NESC violations created.

8-10-2008 thru 5-22-2009: Telplexus - Inspected aerial FTTH project in Eastern KY. for Foothills

Telephone. Insured proper aerial construction practices were met with no NESC violations created.

5-28-2009 thru 12-1-2013: CHR Solutions (formerly Martin Group LLC) – Worked as Project Manager in

Washington for Noanet stimulus fiber projects located in Longview, Vancouver, Republic, & Port

Townsend. Staked, engineered & managed these projects from start to final closeout. Also staked &

engineered Noanet aerial projects for Pasco, Chehalis, and Centralia & Washougal WA. Inspected for

Sovernet aerial fiber stimulus project in VT. Inspected the aerial plant to ensure proper construction was

completed with no NESC violations created.
